1. Booking and Payment: Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance through our platform. Fifty percent (50%) of payment is required at booking. Cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled tour are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and a 20% fee.
2. Service Scope: Our on-call tour guide service provides personalized tours at the agreed time and location. Guides are knowledgeable professionals, but itineraries may vary due to weather, accessibility, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide accurate contact and location details. Punctuality is required; guides will wait no longer than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings and behavior during the tour.
4. Liability: We are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or losses during the tour, except where directly caused by our negligence. Clients participate at their own risk.
5. Changes and Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours due to safety concerns or guide unavailability, with full refunds or rescheduling offered. Clients must notify us of cancellations via email or our platform.
6. Conduct: Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in tour termination without refund. Respect for guides, other participants, and local regulations is required.
7. Privacy: Personal information provided during booking will be used solely for service delivery and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.
